Found in HEMSWELL CLIFF between Hemswell roundabout and the Hemswell camp. RUNNING ON THE ROAD on Wednesday, 9th September 2015

Dog warden is being called and will be checked for Microchip. Local businesses have also been informed incase owner goes there to ask.
