Found in Brecon Bypass 55 mile from cardiff on Tuesday, 13th October 2015

my husband has just had a black and tan Yorkshire terrier or Yorkshire terrier cross run across the road in front of his car. It made it safely over the road but ran into long grass and he lost it. He was on the Brecon Bypass 55 mile from Cardiff.
