Collie Cross Mainly Black, White Patches With Some Tan

Found in Not found - but spotted up on Burrator dam, heading towards Dousland. Has collar and tag. Very frightened of people, but didn't seem worried by cars! Couldn't get close. Very thin on Saturday, 12th December 2015
