Found in Area of St. Chads Gardens, Chadwell Heath RM6 6 on Thursday, 24th December 2015

At just after 5 p.m. on Thursday 24/12/15, the dog was walking south down St. Chads Gardens, from Eric Road. I was unable to catch him as he did not have a collar on and was very skittish of people. He was not unfriendly just rather scared and did come close a few times to sniff me. He approached a dog walker in Cecil Road and did take direction when told to come away from her little Cavi.
