TWO DOGS SEEN BEING DUMPED

Found in Aylesford, Kent on Tuesday, 2nd February 2016

These dogs were dumped by a man out of white van, challenged whilst dogs ran behind van to catch up. Dogs were put back in van, after denying his action and ownership. May try dumping them elsewhere. Reg no of van known and police aware. I am posting on from Facebook page of Julie Blowers who witnessed this. Have no other info.
