Found in hawthorn dene in county durham on Wednesday, 24th February 2016

Would like to report a dog which appeared frightened/lost around the arboretum area of hawthorn dene in county durham. It was a small white dog with longish ears. Wouldn't let you get anywhere near it but was running around barking, no owner in sight and was there on and off for a good few hours.
