Cross Breed Black And Brown (Age: Adult)

Found in SS15 6QE - Laindon, Essex on Sunday, 17th April 2016

Seen running loose this morning. Looks like a terrier cross, medium sized, stocky body, short legs. Black fabric collar but no tag. Very friendly and lively - came when called, but ran off before I could get a lead on him (assuming he's a castrated male).
